Black female yoga teacher. Black female yoga practitioner based in Brooklyn, New York.

With a decade long personal practice in yoga asana, philosophy, and meditation I have a deep love and respect for all that this practice has done for me.

Rooted in experience my teaching style is gentle yet focused, engaging movement towards alignment in order to know, receive and integrate the full benefits of the poses.

In class and one-to-one sessions attention is given to the breath; seeing it as a supportive companion. I believe that the utilization of the breath is what allows us to experience, sustain and gradually find ease in challenging asanas, ushering us into deeper states of awareness and greater presence.
