ABOUT ME
As a multidisciplinary practitioner I draw from a decade-long personal practice in yoga asana, philosophy, and meditation, as well as from my experience in fashion design, textiles, and art. Through healing sessions, yoga classes, creative workshops, and gatherings, my intention is to guide us in establishing and nourishing a healthy connection to our wellbeing, creativity, and overall health—one that feels awake, alive, and nourished.
I believe that, through healthy connection to ourselves, we can come to know our true nature, access our innate wisdom, and embody our full potential and deepest intention for being alive—both as individuals and as a collective.
Growing up in London and now based in Brooklyn, New York, I hold a BA in Fashion Design from the University for the Creative Arts, UK. As a practitioner of the healing arts, I am trained in SourcePoint Therapy and hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Bhakti Center NYC.
I am currently a member and mentee of Tea Arts & Culture learning and practicing the art of tea and community engagement.
