Creating space for you to connect to your Inner Space through communal practices centered in the healing and creative arts.

Physical, energetic and tactile practices allow us to observe, explore, and play. In sessions and gatherings we transmute energy, ignite joy,  and come into deeper awareness and presence through the stewardship of our health, creativity, and well-being.

Inne Space is a space for you to come to if you experience lone wolf syndrome, feelings of loneliness or isolation. Inne Space is a place to remedy these feelings and state of mind through the remembrance of our shared humanity and connection.

Your Guide

Person with curly hair and printed top looking up, with a blurred nature-themed background.
Black healer and healing arts practitioner. SourcePoint Therapy practitioner based in Brooklyn, New York.

I created InneSpace as a space to gather and share some of my most beloved activities and practices. Rooted in yoga, meditation, tea, deep listening, and creative art forms, what are often solo practices become communal experiences—ones I’m honored to share with others.

My hope is to ease the pain of feeling alone by remembering our shared humanity and kinship as we gather to observe, explore, and play through these mediums.

As a multidisciplinary practitioner and artist, I draw from a decade-long personal practice in yoga asana, philosophy, and meditation, as well as from my background in fashion design, textiles, and art. Through healing sessions, yoga classes, creative workshops, and gatherings, I guide others in cultivating a healthy connection to their wellbeing and creativity—a connection that feels awake, alive, and nourished. In connecting with ourselves and with one another, we come to know our true nature, access our innate wisdom, and embody our fullest potential and deepest intention for being alive—both as individuals and as a collective.

SourcePoint Therapy

SourcePoint Therapy is a form of energy healing that restores and maintains the health of the body. In a session the practitioner leads the client to the space in consciousness where healing happens. By bringing attention to specific points on and off the body, working with energetic patterns that underlie physical form, and addressing blockages within the system, the recipient is re-aligned to the Pattern of Health, rather than with the patterns that have become stagnant, rigid, and conditioned due to the forces of trauma, karma, emotion, ancestry, and belief systems.
