Join me at Grand Street Healing Project for Yoga & Tea Express. We’ll start with a feel good 20-minute yoga flow designed to release tension and bring ease to your body. Afterward, we’ll unwind with a tea meditation that will awaken the senses and calm the mind.
We'll be savoring a specialty Chinese tea, served Gongfu-style—a traditional method of tea preparation.
Think of this as your midday reset. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, with greater physical ease and mental clarity to carry you through the rest of your day.
