Your Guide
Chelsea Bravo
A multidisciplinary healing practitioner and artist I guide from a decade long personal practice in yoga asana, philosophy, and meditation, as well as draw upon my experience in fashion design, textiles and craft.
Through one-to-one healing sessions, yoga classes, creative workshops and gatherings, I lead others in establishing a connection to their inner selves—one that is conscious, awake, and alive. In connection to ourselves we come to know our true nature, access innate wisdom, and can embody our full potential and deepest intention for being alive.
Growing up in London and now based in Brooklyn, New York, I hold a BA in Fashion Design from University for the Creative Arts, UK. As a practitioner of the healing arts I am trained in SourcePoint Therapy and hold my 200hr yoga teacher certification from the Bhakti Center NYC. Outside of my design and healing practice I work as a teaching artist, educating children about traditional textiles and craft and guiding them in tapping into their innate creativity and unique self-expression through textile arts. I am also a mentee of Tea Arts & Culture learning and practicing the art of tea and community engagement.
SourcePoint Therapy
SourcePoint Therapy is a form of energy healing that restores and maintains the health of the body. In a session the practitioner leads the client to the space in consciousness where healing happens. By bringing attention to specific points on and off the body, working with energetic patterns that underlie physical form, and addressing blockages within the system, the recipient is re-aligned to the Pattern of Health, rather than with the patterns that have become stagnant, rigid, and conditioned due to the forces of trauma, karma, emotion, ancestry, and belief systems.
